Dr. Apeksha has done primary and postgraduate training at B.J. Medical College, Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. She has done IAP Fellowship in Neonatology from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai. She has ample experience in management of critically ill neonates and extreme premature newborns. She has wide experience in conventional, high frequency ventilation with use of iNO and with noninvasive ventilation. She has experience in management of neonates with postoperative cardiac and other surgeries. She has special interest in follow-up of high risk neonates and neonatal imaging. She has performed studies on ‘follow up in epileptic children’ and ‘neonates with respiratory failure requiring HFOV with outcome assessment’ and also performed several work-shops and training sessions.
